Once registered with us, we will keep you updated on all suitable properties that come onto the market.
Viewing Properties
Once you have found a property you would like to view you can call us, email us or even request a viewing online. Our offices are manned with qualified staff and are open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, Wednesdays until 7pm, Saturdays 9am to 5pm with our Whitstable office open on Sundays 10am to 4pm.
Making An Offer
Once you have decided you would like to make an offer on a property speak to us and we will present your offer to the seller.
Once Your Offer Is Accepted
Once your offer has been accepted by the seller, we will issue a memorandum of sale to all parties including yourself confirming the principle details.
The Next Step
We will work with you and your advisors and be on hand to help you as required, progressing matters through to exchange of contracts and completion.
