Referral Fee Disclosure
We are pleased to offer our customers a range of additional services to help them with moving home. None of these services are obligatory and you are free to use service providers of your choice. If you decide to use our service providers, please be assured that this will not increase the fees you pay them.
We will only refer you to a service provider where our experience confirms that the firm has the same ‘Customer Service’ aspirations as ourselves. We will not accept a referral fee which involves you the customer paying a higher price for the product or service.
We will make you aware of any arrangement where we will receive a referral fee. This could be a fee, commission, payment or other reward. We will not refer your details unless you have provided consent for us to do so. You are not under any obligation to provide us with your consent or to use any of these services. You are also free to choose an alternative provider. Referral fee payments are made separate to any fees that you are obligated to pay. Any referral arrangements we have are listed below.
Referral Service Providers:
Financial Services
We recommend our clients use L&C for fee free mortgage advice. Should you decide to use their services L&C will pay us 25% of any payment they receive from lenders and insurers for the services they provide to you.
Surveys
We recommend sellers and/or potential buyers use the services of Eastburn Massey Surveyors. Should you decide to use the services of Eastburn Massey you should know that we receive a £40 referral fee for recommending them to you.
