Your property will be proactively marketed using the resources of both Caxtons and Kent Estate Agencies to ensure maximum exposure.

To Protect our Clients this Residential Letting Service has protective measures and good working practices in place to secure our clients‘ money and property, a service that adheres to legislation and regulations governing letting and managing agents and providing advice to landlords on the statutory obligations that they must abide by.
