Details:

If you simply want an estimate of value and have purchased your property in the last 20 years, we have access to systems that will enable us to provide that estimate, simply complete the form below and we will send you a valuation figure with comparable evidence to support our estimate. If you have purchased your property prior to 2000 we may need some photos of your property from you.

Remote Valuation with a view of marketing immediately

Details:

We can use all features in option 1 and would suggest that you launch with an external photo of your property, a video which we would need you to film and we edit and apply a voice over and a sketch of a floor plan so we can create a graphical version. We would draft up the description with your help. Don't feel overwhelmed by the prospect of filming your property, we have a video providing guidance on achieving this, view the link below.

Controlled Valuation at your property

Details:

We can use all features in option 1 and arrange a controlled appointment to visit your property. We ask that you open windows to allow air flow 60 minutes prior to the appointment, maintain social distancing at all times and we ask that you complete an online risk assessment as will our valuers prior to the appointment. The valuer will be wearing gloves, over shoe covers and a face mask to ensure everyone’s safety, and will be able to provide these to you if required.
