Elliot, joined the Kent Estate Agencies team in 2014, you will be impressed by his great enthusiasm and determination to help buyers find their home and to make sure that his patch remains the No 1 Estate Agent for Customer Satisfaction by meeting all his client’s and customers needs.

Elliot has also been successful both in achieving the NFOPP Level 3 technical award in residential property sales and being qualified as an Associate Member of The Guild of Property Professionals. Elliot is a determined problem solver, who will always go that extra mile to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals.

Mattie joined Kent Estate Agencies in 2013 and is responsible for the sales administration of the office, assisting the team in providing a high standard of Customer Service.

Mattie has proven herself as a fantastic sales progressor by ensuring our clients have more than a 30% better chance of buying their new home compared to the national average, a major factor in reducing the stress often associated with buying and selling property.

Jordan is both a NAEA qualified Estate Agent and a Associate of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents, his adaptable and hardworking approach makes him a great member of the Kent Estate Agencies team.

In his leisure time Jordan enjoys fishing, reading and keeping up to date with the latest technologies.

Paul Evernden

Operations & Development Director

Paul joined Kent Estate Agencies in 1993, after 5 years working in the front line of Estate Agency, he started to demonstrate a passion for the use of IT and systems in estate agency. Paul has been successful in combining his experience as an Estate Agent with his passion and has become responsible for KEA computer facilities. In 2000 he embarked on bringing together the plans to create a “Customer Relationship Management”(CRM) software platform which utilises the latest technology for the benefit of our clients, customers and our team. Our software platform now manages every aspect of the business which enables us to react to changing technologies and market conditions very easily, one of the benefits of having this level of control of our software platform meant that in March 2020 with the announcement of the first lockdown, our teams were working from home with the same phone, systems & technology within 3 hours, so this change had no impact on our clients and customers, they still could phone the office number and speak to the team member as if they were in branch and the team had access to all their files and data as they did in branch. Having such an established CRM software platform has given us an unrivalled advantage which our competitors have found difficult to emulate, this is just one example of our ability to create KEA systems which benefit our clients.

Another example came in July 2021, when we launched a system which monitors every property in a sales chain of transactions each and every day, highlighting any breaks in the chain so our experienced sales progressors can deal with any potential issues extremely fast to ensure the problem does not escalate, this system alone has increased our sales to completion success rate by over 20% in 2021 which is a big achievement considering that the National estate agency sales to completion success rates came under pressure in 2021, the reason we launched this service to protect our clients.

Amy joined the Branch Support team in 2007, Amy gained her estate agency experience working in the Thanet area, Amy now manages the Branch Support team ensuring the smooth running of the branches and is involved in the development of our software platform to make sure we create the most beneficial services for our clients, customers and teams.

Amanda Cook

Social Media & Data Analyst

Amanda manages our social media and works closely with the teams to ensure our clients' properties receive the maximum engagement, leaving our teams to focus on people while Amanda focuses on Facebook pixels, remarketing, data analyst and system testing.

Colleen Rabbits

Data Administrator

Colleen keeps an eye on our data to ensure that our data cleansing systems continue to keep our records up to date, this effectively increases our reach to potential buyers to ensure they are receiving the right information from us. Colleen is actively involved in new systems where we test the approach in a manual aspect to enable integration into our core software platform.

Paige Rabbits

Data Administrator

Paige supports Colleen in the day to day running of our data systems. Paige is currently studying at University focusing on Mathematics and Accountancy.
