COVID-19 Property Marketing Plan back

Following the Government’s announcement to remove restrictions, we are taking the view to “err on the side of caution” to make this a transitional step to ensure we help stop the spread of COVID. As such we will continue to wear masks on appointments and use hand sanitiser before all appointments. We will take our clients instructions on whether they require viewers to do the same while viewing their property, we will supply masks and the hand sanitiser if you do not have your own. We are constantly monitoring the COVID case levels so we can relax safety measures in line with reduced COVID levels.

When visiting our branches, we will still have the protective screens on each desk and we will continue to have our hand sanitiser dispensers at each door which we ask you to use upon entry.

Below are the measures that Kent Estate Agencies will continue to have in place to keep everybody safe.

In Office & In Person Appointments:

• We have hand sanitiser dispensers at each office for use when entering the office.

• We have a supply of hand sanitiser for everyone’s use on face to face appointments.

• We have a supply of disposable masks for all team members and people viewing our properties as well as other face to face meetings we are involved in, if required.

• We have a regular deep clean in each office and surfaces and door handles are sanitised a number of times a day.

• We ask a couple of COVID related questions before we can confirm an appointment which involves a face to face meeting.

• We have perspex screens installed on our meeting desks in branch

• We ask that you wear a mask, if you can, in our branches 

• We are constantly monitoring the COVID case levels so we can relax safety measures inline with reduced COVID levels.
