All our Property Valuers are qualified to NAEA Technical Award Level 3. Our team are all involved in a program of Continual Professional Development which includes IT, sales skills, professional and compliance training.
  • We consider we are successful as an Estate Agent because of our team’s ability to combine their personal knowledge, abilities and experience with the company’s marketing resource.

 

To qualify as a member of our team you need to demonstrate that you meet our requirements to be a member of our team as a Residential Sales Negotiator which are:

Belief in our ethos of ensuring that our customers enjoy a positive user experience when using our services. You will possess the following:

1) Minimum Qualification GCE ‘O’ Level Grade C or above in English Language and Mathematicsor by agreement equivalent qualifications or experience. A Keyboard Qualification or by agreement experience that confirms a reasonable level of competency

2) Estate Agency skills and ability to:

  • Communicate at all levels in a positive way.
  • To prospect business opportunities and follow through to achieve objectives
  • Use initiative and be self-motivated
  • Business-like appearance
  • Work both as a team member and independently
  • Work to and achieve strict targets

3) IT skills – that enable you to work with our Customer database linked to Microsoft based Systems

4) Organisational Skills and the ability to work to - to do lists

5) One year's successful customer facing sales experience is essential for Sales Negotiators

6) A full car driving license.

7) A determination to succeed
