The Tools We Offer You:
Our systems uniquely developed over the past 20 years, help you monitor your part of the property market, bringing to your attention the people you should be working with, from a client base established over many years. They might have just seen the property of their dreams or just experienced a failed sale or been on the market for over 12 weeks, perhaps they were originally looking casually but have just put their property on the market in London, perhaps they have just gone under offer so they are a hot buyer. These tools are a small snippet of what could be available to help you succeed.

In addition to your branch sales manager you would also have access to a branch support team who are on hand to deal with custom marketing requests to answering any questions you have and to provide any support needed to help you achieve your goals.

Write Your Own Cheque:
We work to a simple rule (“4times rule”), we will pay you 25% of the money you produce, so if you want to earn £25,000 you need to produce £100,000 of fee income.


The key to your success is to decide on the level of business you have the ability to produce and establish your sales pipeline over the first 12 months. To get you started we provide a basic salary, initial guaranteed branch bonus and other bonus incentives, all geared to help you achieve your aspirations.

To encourage our teams to work together, each member of the team is paid branch bonus on the total income coming into the branch. Branch bonus is the key to increasing your earnings, personal branch bonus levels are reviewed in January & July every year in line with our “4times rule”
