Neil Specialises in the selling of Land & New Homes, dealing with all aspects of the buying and selling of both residential & commercial property. With more than 26 years experience in advising and assisting clients in their property transactions Neil is one of Whitstable’s longest serving Estate Agents.
Having first joined the company as a Trainee Negotiator in 1982, Neil has risen through the ranks of the Company, becoming a Director in 1990 and being made Joint Managing Director in 2005. Neil is the Director responsible for overseeing both the Firms Whitstable Office and the Land & New Homes Department. Neil has a keen interest in Football and sport in general, as well as travelling he especially enjoys time in America & the Far East

Specialising in Residential Property, Rob deals with all aspects of the buying and selling process, and is the main property Valuer for Whitstable Office. Rob joined the firm back in 2002 as a Trainee Sales Negotiator, his training has included time working at both the companies Herne Bay and Tankerton Office’s finally joining the Whitstable team in 2003. Rob was promoted to senior residential sales Negotiator in 2006.
Rob is a sports enthusiast, with very keen interests in Football, Golf and Cricket. Having worked at Gillingham FC for 5 years. In his spare time! Rob is also Assistant Manager for Chatham Town under 18’s Football Club and is a qualified FA Coach.

Joining the Firm in 2006 as a Trainee Negotiator, Chiara has shown a great work ethic, which has seen her become a Residential Sales Negotiator early in 2007. Having lived within the area for over 20 years, she offers a wealth of local knowledge.
Chiara is a keen dancer with a big interest in Performing Arts. Having worked within the travel industry for a number of years, Chiara loves travelling and experiencing new countries.
