We are a long established firm of Estate Agents in Kent with six local offices forming part of a network of over 600 associated offices in the UK.

Our prime objective is to ensure that our clients receive a high standard of Customer Care and that they complete their Home Move's successfully. To achieve this we use modern methods supported by traditional values, while working to Professional Codes of Conduct governed by our membership of The Guild of Professional Estate Agents and The Property Ombudsman for Sales.

We are proud to have achieved standards that make us the chosen member firm in this area for the Guild of Professional Estate Agents Network.

We take training and development of our team very seriously and all full time members of our team have attained Guild Associate Status having passed the relevant examinations. They are involved in a program of Continual Professional Development which includes IT, sales skill and professional training.

We are successful as an Estate Agent because of our teams ability to combine their personal abilities and experience with the company’s marketing resource.

Residential Sales Negotiators and Sales Administrators

If you have the ethos required to be a member of our team and possess the following:

Estate Agency skills
IT skills – using a database linked MS Office
Organisational Skills
At least one year's sales experience.
A determination to succeed
